We’re hiring qualified glaziers to join our Sydney-based install team full-time.
This isn’t a run-around role. You’ll be hands-on, on-site, doing real glazing — mostly high-end residential, with some commercial work in the mix. That includes rip-outs, new installs, and fit-offs done properly, with the right tools, right systems, and a crew that actually knows what they’re doing.
We’re not looking for someone to just show up. We want someone who takes pride in their installs, knows how to read a site, and backs themselves to deliver sharp, clean work.
You’ll be supported by our in-house team and backed with a CVD ute, paid travel time, and a pathway to grow — whether that’s into project management, operations, or sales and estimating.
What we are offering:
Hourly rate of $38-$40 plus super
Paid travel time to and from site
Estimated total package of approximately $104,000 per year

What's Required:
White Card
Trade qualifications in window installation or a related field
At least 2 years of experience, preferably with Alspec systems
Drivers Licence
Exceptional Time Management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
You must complete a full medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
